About

I'm here to support organisations and individuals thrive from the inside out.

Disa Jo

Everything I do is anchored in the values that shaped me — resilience, compassion, and a fierce determination to support others to thrive. After achieving my childhood dream of becoming a teacher, I spent 15 years balancing a busy career whilst raising 3 children, before stepping boldly into the corporate world to lead learning, development, and mental health initiatives that supported staff across all stages of their careers. I’ve always believed that wellbeing is the key to true success and performance. My passion for psychology and leadership development became the foundation of my work, and I know that success isn’t just about ticking boxes, it’s about creating environments where people feel safe, valued, and empowered to lead their best lives.

In partnering with clients, I aim to tap into their wisdom, strengths, and understand the drivers for change.

I build trusting, authentic relationships and help uncover practical solutions. Having worked across both corporate and education sectors, I’ve seen the powerful impact of developing a coaching foundation in the organisational culture, where people believe they already hold the tools to overcome the obstacles as they strive for success.

I’m committed to taking the "fluff" out of wellbeing and getting to the core of what impacts individual and team performance. Grounded in research and best practice, the value I bring addresses real challenges with clarity and care, especially at a time when psychological safety is more critical than ever.

I believe in the power of meaningful connection.

I make sure that the voices of leaders, teams, and individuals are heard, respected, and embedded into every strategic step. Throughout my leadership journey, I’ve witnessed the undeniable link between mental health, wellbeing, and sustainable success, and I bring that understanding into every strategy development session and coaching conversation I engage in.

My mission is simple: to provide practical, relevant, and empowering wellbeing strategies that help people perform, thrive, and lead with clarity, courage, and compassion.
